临门一脚,客户要求降价,降还是不降?

MIKE你好 (很有礼貌的朋友,我喜欢),
我是前天问你付款方式的Kris,我按照你说的,汇率降了,原材料上涨等,邮件给客户,客户这样反馈的,并且有在邮件中提到如果9月15号之前没有确认订单,要涨价,客户这样回复,该怎么做?
客户反馈邮件如下:
Can you give 5% discount if we pay you before shipping ? It is not fair that we paid you 30% deposit and before we know that you shipped our order we have to pay you the balance. It doesn't sound logic.
Kris之后又提出
客户之前有提过另一款产品,但是这次采购的不是那款,赠品是不是可以赠送那款?
Mike觉得Kris能提出这个,真的很棒,至少我是这么认为的
为什么?
因为在Mike看来,赠品是客户需要的,但又是这次没有采购的产品,这等于一举两得,变相寄样,既给了客户甜头,又急了样品,为客户下一个订单,捏了引子。
于是Kris打算如下回复客户:
We really want to work with you for long business, However , the price is really our lowest , In order to promote our first cooperation , we are glad to give you 10 rolls pvc flexible conduit free as Michael told me you also need ,
Hope you can comfirm the order sooner .
Looking forward to hearing from your advice .
Mike觉得Kris写的很好,但是重点不够突出,也没有设定统一战线,于是下了如下邮件,作为建议,赠予Kris, 现在贴出来,供大家参考:
Dear Mr.***
Good day
We are longing for a long-term Business.
The one-shot deal is not our belief.
So it's been really very hard for us to get a further discount from our limited profit.
If we decrease price even lower than our production cost, that means the quality is not guaranteed, which further means your business will be ruined by bad quality products, and so are ours.
But we'd like to make the deal before the material cost increases too much.
( That will be bad for both you and us, none can escape from real market changes.)
So after a few talks, I've finally got some gifts for you from Boss.
10 Rolls Pvc Flexible Conduit will be provided FOR FREE.
( If it is good, come back with orders, please, for mutual business growth)
